About Us
About the www.M25Traffic.co.uk website.
M25 Traffic is part of the UK Traffic News network of traffic and motoring information websites and is the most popular website we publish.
The M25 Traffic website was launched in 2011 as an independent website aiming to feature information about the M25 motorway that surrounds London in the UK.
We now feature traffic news, information about M25 roadworks, maps of the M25, news and other information about the M25 motorway.
It started as a hobby. In the 12 months to 31 July 2026 the site recorded 2,485,874 visits and 13,414,586 page views — an average of around 47,700 visits a week.
The figure we are proudest of is a different one. More than half of our visits come from drivers returning to us — 947,958 of 1,766,874 unique visits over the same twelve months. People do not come back to a traffic site out of habit. They come back because it told them something useful last time.
Figures are taken from our own server logs for the 12 months to 31 July 2026.
We remain a completely independent website whose main aim is to simply feature as much information about the M25 as possible for the benefit of our users.
Our website is secure and mobile friendly.
Our core goals are to provide useful M25 motorway information: easy to access, free to access, and easy to use.
You might also be interested in our M1 Traffic and M4 Traffic websites as these join with the M25 motorway.
