Junction 1A sits on the A282 Dartford approach, just south of the Dartford Crossing, where the orbital road is not technically the M25 at all. It links to the A206 for Erith and Dartford's riverside, with Temple Hill and The Bridge right beside it. Dartford town centre is about a mile south-west, and Princes Park, Dartford FC's ground, about a mile away in the same direction.

Dartford and Erith residents, hauliers bound for the river crossing, and anyone visiting family in north Kent use this junction. It is the last one before the crossing, so it is worth a look before you get there.

NOTE: The speed flow, overhead sign messages or other information shown on our live traffic speed flow map is updated every few minutes. We cross check the data and aim to provide warnings if there could be a delay or an inaccurate speed reading. There can be occasions, beyond our control, and despite our best efforts where the speed flow could be inaccurate. We cannot therefore guarantee the speed you can expect on any stretch of the motorway is always accurately shown. However we hope you will find our live traffic speed flow map a useful tool in trying to plan your journey. Safe driving.
